This is from the way back file, by that I mean that I've had these videos bookmarked for a few weeks and just never got around to sharing them. Distractotron (which is a thing on the internet, I guess) has started a web series about cosplayers and why they cosplay. They're pretty interesting and I thought they'd be fun to post since I'm working on a cosplay post from New York City Comic-Con.
It's easy for us jaded bloggers to reduce cosplayers to joke fodder and google image search bait so I think it's only fair to hear them out for a few minutes. I want to know even more about how they put their costumes together. Did all these nerds ace Home-Ec?
