Mama said knock you out

Here's some grainy cell phone video of real life Seattle superhero Phoenix Jones knocking a guy the f out. Despite the terrible resolution it's pretty entertaining. I guess Washington State has a standing law allowing “mutual combat”, meaning if two people want to go at it, they can if they both agree to do so in front of authorities.

I'm a little upset that at the end the cop didn't yell out "finish him!"
