Here's a fun little short film about a kid playing with some of the early Star Wars toys. It's enjoyable enough, it's certainly worth three and a half minutes of your time. It's good enough that I'll forgive the filmmakers for calling it Summer '78 when it shows toys that weren't available until '79.

The Games of 1998
Wow, I didn't realize 1998 had so many good games (click the picture to embiggen). If I had to make a top 5 off this list it would go Half Life, WCW/NWO Revenge, Baulder's Gate, Marvel vs Capcom, Grim Fandango. Remember 1994
Hey kids remember 1994? Well according to this youtube clip commemorating all the tv shows, movies and music of that year I don't at all. The most surprising thing, other than learning that ER and Friends are 19 years old was how AWFUL all the music was. There's like a good song by Blur and the Beastie Boys and the rest is just terrible... yeah I'm looking at you Kurt Cobain.
