As I mentioned earlier in the week, I went to an arcade/bar last weekend where I was able to relive the years 1984-1993 through video games (and some pinball). Not surprisingly Street Fighter II: Championship Edition still holds up incredibly well. Also not surprising Mortal Kombat, along with all the other games use similar looking digitized characters, is kinda sucky. I don't remember seeing Double Dragon there but I'm definitely going to look for it when I go back. Man that game was hella fun.

The greatest fight scene or the Greatest fight scene?
Ok, so first things first, I remember the Double Dragon movie. I watched a lot of really awful movies in 1994, it seemed like every weekend was a Hell Comes to Frogtown/Cool as Ice double header. Double Dragon came out right around a time when I was begging for nerdy properties to get feature films. So I remember Double Dragon, I watched the hell out of Double Dragon.
However... How on earth did I forget Alyssa Milano's awesome mom jean daisy dukes? Or that awful Haircut? Or the girl with the whip? Oh man this movie is terrible. So awesomely terrible.

Abobo's Big Adventure
Abobo's big adventure is a game being developed by the uber nerds at I-Mockery.com. It stars Abobo from Double Dragon and looks like the MOST AMAZING GAME I'VE EVER SEEN!!!!!
Seriously check out the video, it's beyond words. Mark my words, Abobo's big adventure is going to make Skyrim look like House Party II.
