I had never heard of these guys at Super Fan Builds until this Hot Tub Time Machine DeLorean video started making the rounds on Reddit. It's pretty interesting. I could do without the goofy skits but the building stuff was pretty interesting. Maybe I could have these guys come over and fix my hot tub. I have a bad feeling that even if I got power to it, after sitting for 10 years unused it probably wouldn't work very well. If only I could go back in time and run power to it right when we bought the house...

Back to the Future in 1.21 minutes

Some glorious net nerd decided to take it upon themselves to edit the Back to the Future trilogy down to 1.21 minutes. It's certainly worth the short amount of time it takes to watch. If I had to pick a nit the only thing I would say is that it doesn't capture the plot of Back to the Future II very well.

Lexus may have just invented the hoverboard, or at least the first functional one. The details are still a bit sketchy but they claim they have made a breakthrough in cooling and magnetry that allows this hoverboard to actually work like a hoverboard (as long as you're on a metal surface). Even with that limitation I could see this being really fun that is until the first time you try and carve a turn and you learn how a frictionless travel works and you break your ankles. Fun times!

Did you know there are like 7 days left until Christmas? Where the F is my Christmas Spirit? I mean I've watched a couple made for TV Christmas movies and been to a couple holiday parties but for whatever reason it just doesn't feel like Christmas yet. This is supposed to be my favorite time of the year, what's wrong with me? Watch, the second I start really getting in the Christmas groove it'll be Dec 26th.

Does anyone wear a watch anymore? I know everyone was excited for the new iWatch for like 2 minutes but smart watches aren't a real thing, right? They're just the logical replacement to the old calculator watch. More of a bright flashy geek identifier that actual useful thing. Anyhoo, if I ever was to wear a watch again it would most definitely be this Back to the Future Flux Capacitor Wristwatch. Look at all the fluxs this watch gives. That my friends is a real statement piece.
To tell you the truth I'm not even sure if it tells time.

I guess the pitch meeting for Back to the Furture could have went down like this. However it was the 80s, their Ties would have been way skinnier and everyone would have been doing massive ammounts of coke.
Also not a single person has a flock of seaguls haircut. If I've learned anything from Adam Sandler movies it's that everyone in the 80s had super blown out mullets and weird swoopy bird haircuts.

Back to the Future ftw

This just blew my mind. I've seen this movie a hundred times and I've never noticed that twin pines mall sign. I bet that almost nobody ever notices it, yet the fimakers still took the time to do it and that makes it awesome. I wish more movie makers paid this kind of attention to the small details. Oh, and I wish Michael Bay was a bum and I wish for a thousand more wishes! In your face genie.
