This video of kids playing war with their fancy new Nerf guns takes a little while to get to the fireworks factory but when it does, oh baby. I might have to start buying some Nerf guns right now.

KHS students are having a nerf gun "tag" game (not school sponsored) right now. Juniors and seniors, campus and school functions and school hours are off limits but everything else is game. Kids are waiting 4+ hours in front of houses, trying to buy off parents and siblings, etc. $600 first prize ($10 buy in), name draw single elimination tournament .
They did that in Gig Harbor last year. Aryn and I were at a couple stores and we saw signs that said "No Nerf" and had to ask around to see what was going on. Sounded awesome

So I guess it's to the point now they are simply kidnapping each other. They just round up a group of people, jump the target and throw them in car, drive them off safe ground and then tag them.
The kids I've talked to are all going paranoid. Last weekend nobody in the game did anything, they sat home with locked doors.
My name is Kevin and I blog, mostly about nerdy stuff. I'm old enough to know that Gobots came before Transformers and geeky enough to care.
If you have something cool or nerdy you just have to share, e-mail me at kevin @ devildinosaur.com
