The Killer is Dead

I keep seeing trailers and screen shots for this game by Suda51 called The Killer is Dead so I decided to check out the trailer. As you can see it's very ummm, diferent? Graphically it looks aces, but I'm not even sure if this is an actual game or just an interactive movie. Either way I want to find out why Robot Arm Guy is on the moon. That and where did he get those Gigolo Glasses?
