In Defense of "Toe Thumbs" Fox

So the Razzies were announced today and Megan Fox was nominated in the Worst Actress category for her performances in Transformers 2 and Jennifer's Body. Now far be it for me to defend anything that has to do with Transformers 2, it really is this awful sucking vortex of suck that sucked in and tainted everything and everyone associated with it. Even my slurpees didn't taste as sweet when I drank them from my Revenge of the Fallen collectable cup and straw.

But here's the deal, I just saw Jennifer's body this weekend and it's not that bad of a movie. It's not the best horror movie I've ever seen, but it beats the pants off of any Friday the 13th or Halloween remake or heaven forbid Saw IX. Not only is it a decent horror movie but Megan Fox is pretty good in it. I guess all I'm saying is Razzie Nomination Committee, do the right thing. Keep Megan Fox nominated, I mean Transformers 2 really really sucked, but remove the credit for Jennifer's Body.

Also as long as we're on the subject, how on earth does Marlon Wayans get nominated for Worst Supporting Actor for GI Joe while Dennis Quaid gets away scot free? He was AWFUL in that movie. Maybe the worst actor in anything since Lorrainne Braco in Hackers.
