I have no idea what studio executive was tripping balls enough to green light a live action movie based off the old Rampage video game franchise but God bless him. Or her, could easily have been a lady.
This is amazing, I mean Rampage hasn't been relevant in years and here we are, it's staring The Rock for pete's sake. What a time to be alive, outside of the political mess that's on the brink of ruining everything for everyone, if you were a geek in the 80s and 90s you couldn't ask for more. All those nerds are adults now and they're just churning out the most self-indulgent, nostalgic, media your 12 year old self could have possibly hoped for.
I mean if they can make a Rampage movie the sky's the limit. We're 6 months away from a Alf Pog 12 part mini-series on HBO.

Is this one of those movies where the creature/threat somehow withstands a barrage of 30mm depleted uranium shells fired from an A-10 yet ends up succumbing to a single grenade thrown by the protagonist?
