Just last week a copy of Action Comics #1 (Superman's first appearance) sold for an impressive one million dollars. More impressively is that less than a week later a copy of Detective Comics #27 (Batman's first appearance) sold for 1.07 million dollars.
No word how much my 5 copies of X-men #1 are worth (I have all the variant covers), but I'm guessing at least half a million.
