New Mutants was originally supposed to come out this april now it's been pushed all the way back to August 2019? It's crazy, that movie was done filming and everything. Word is they're doing a bunch of reshoots even going so far as to add a new main character. I don't really know anything about the details of Disney buying Fox and how that would impact these two movies but maybe there's something there? I don't know, I'm just a guy hoping New Mutants doesn't turn into the "Terry Gilliam's The Man Who Killed Don Quixote" of superhero movies.

Old CRTs are in a really weird spot right now, they're either completely useless and no one will take them or they're highly sought after and people will pay "top" dollar for them. What a time to be alive.

Far Cry 5 review: Five steps back. This is disappointing to hear. I was actually thinking about finally getting in on this series. Steam had a bunch of the older titles on sale last week and I was "this close" to pulling the trigger. Instead I installed Borderlands 2 and started replaying that game. Man what a great game. Easily one of my favorite FPS from the last 10 years.

5 confusing things from Far Cry 4

This video from Destructoid on Far Cry 4 is pretty cute. I wouldn't say I laughed out loud but I might have smirked a couple times. I could have just posted their 20 minute gameplay video but I don't have timeto watch 20 minutes of someone else play video games. I barely have 20 minutes to play video games. That's sort of my fault though, I parent too much. My kids are one and five, it's high time they started cooking their own dinners.

Far Cry 4: E3 Gameplay

Another game that made a big splash at E3 this year was Far Cry 4. I have yet to play Far Cry 3. I'm waiting for both a new video card (come on summer santa!) and a steam sale where I can pick it up for like $3.99. I figure in less than 2 years I'll totes be checking out Far Cry 4.

Far Cry 3: The Kotaku Review. Man there isn't a game out there this holiday season that has impressed me in it's previews as much as Far Cry 3 has. This thing looks pretty killer but I'm still knee deep in Borderlands 2 and I haven't even touched my copy of Halo 4. Maybe I'll be able to pick up Far Cry 3 on the cheap after Christmas. Or even better, maybe this game will bring me back to PC gaming. That is if I can build a PC that won't blue screen it's pants every couple hours.

AMAZING LEGO Star Wars R2-D2 Set. You have any idea how much Legos cost these days? I've been hitting the Christmas shopping hard the last couple days (for my son of course) and these sets have gotten out of hand. It's like everything cool starts at $50 and if you really want to have some fun you're looking at over $100. Don't even get me started on the wooden train racket.

People like Red Dawn because they hate Asians. I still don't understand people who think it's cool to be openly racist on the internet. Keep that shit to your clan rallies and cross burnings please.

At least it's a go for a pilot episode on ABC Family. Everything You Need To Know About Far Cry 3’s Vast, Exhilarating Open World. This game just keeps looking better and better. I just bought Borderlands 2 so the video game budget is pretty thin. Maybe I can pick it up in February for cheap, or maybe on black Friday.

The internets are leaking into themselves (that makes no sense). Here's Randall of Honey Badger Don't Care fame giving us a little sneak peak at Far Cry 3.

I'm telling you the more I see of this game the closer they are to getting my money. I'm not tired of first person shooters like a lot of people are, I'm just tired of the same faux-military wank fests that have stolen hours of my life over the last couple years. Far Cry obviously doesn't take itself to serious, and it looks like the gameplay could have some interesting touches.

Ok Far Cry 3, you have my attention

I know E3 is supposed be all like "wooohooo" and I've been all "meh" this week. Well the new trailer for Far Cry 3 just shut my meh hole. I've played Far Cry instincts for about 15 minutes and it never really took, but B swears by the series and this trailer just melted my face so I think I'll have to check it out. I should have Skyrim beat by November. Well maybe not beat, but I should be close. Well maybe not close, but more than halfway.

Ok I think Skyrim will have beat me by November.
